Terms and conditions of use

Terms and conditions of using the Allvpn website

This document sets out the terms on which "Allvpn" (the allvpn.org and allvpn.ru websites, together with their related services — or simply "we") gives access to the site and its materials, and what a visitor should expect from them. By using the site, a visitor accepts these terms. If any of them is unacceptable to a visitor, we ask that they do not use the site.

Terms used in this document

"Allvpn" — any public service available at the addresses allvpn.org and allvpn.ru.

User — any natural person who uses the "Allvpn" website.

Service — a third-party VPN service or other product described in the "Allvpn" catalogue.

Catalogue — the sections of the site that list services and their profile pages.

Affiliate link — a link to a service's website that may earn us a commission from that service.

What "Allvpn" is and what it is not

"Allvpn" is an information website: a catalogue of VPN services, together with reference material, guides and news. We collect and organise information about third-party services and help visitors compare them.

We are not a VPN provider. We do not supply VPN services, do not provide access to servers, do not publish applications, do not take payment for services' subscriptions, and have access neither to users' accounts with those services nor to their traffic.

Everything to do with a subscription — the contract, payment, renewal, refunds, technical support and any dispute — arises directly between the user and the service and is governed by that service's own terms. We are not a party to that relationship and cannot influence it.

Information in the catalogue and its accuracy

We take information about services from public sources: the services' own websites, their documentation and their public statements. We re-check the catalogue periodically, but between checks the data goes out of date — this is the nature of the market rather than negligence: services change prices and plan line-ups, start and end promotions, change the number of servers and countries, the set of protocols and applications, and occasionally shut down or change hands.

  • Prices in the catalogue are given for the whole billing period and in the currency in which the service publishes them.
  • Where a service publishes prices in another currency, the rouble figure is a conversion at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The amount actually charged may differ because of the bank's own rate, fees and taxes.
  • Many services show different prices to visitors from different countries. The price a particular visitor sees on the service's website may differ from the one shown here.
  • A discounted price usually applies to the first payment only, and renewal costs more. Where we know the renewal price, we state it.

Before paying, the current terms should be checked on the service's own website — those are the only authoritative ones.

If you have spotted an error or outdated data in the catalogue, write to us: we will check and correct it.

Ratings, scores and the order of services in the catalogue

  • The "Allvpn" rating is our own editorial assessment. It is an opinion, not a measurement and not the result of any certification.
  • The user score is calculated from votes cast by site visitors. We verify neither the identity of those voting nor their experience of the service; an individual vote is someone else's opinion, not a verified fact.
  • Sorting by price, by number of servers and by number of countries is built from catalogue data and inherits its inaccuracies.
  • Neither the rating nor a position in the catalogue is a recommendation to buy. The decision rests with the user.

Affiliate links and how the site earns

Some links to services' websites are affiliate links. If a visitor follows such a link and takes out a subscription, we may receive a commission from the service. Following an affiliate link does not raise the price for the visitor; sometimes, on the contrary, it opens a discount — where that is the case, we say so on the service's page.

An affiliate programme does not buy a place in the catalogue. Whether or not a commission is available affects neither a service's position in the list nor our assessment of it. The consequence of that rule is visible on the site: services we consider inactive — those that have closed, changed their line of business, been compromised or become unreachable — are marked as such in the catalogue and links through to them are switched off, even where the affiliate programme still works and we would have been paid.

Pages of inactive services stay on the site for reference, but we do not recommend such services and do not send traffic to them.

Links to third-party websites

The site contains links to resources that we neither own nor control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or terms of use. Using a third-party website is governed by that website's own terms and privacy policy.

It is worth remembering separately that a domain can change hands: an address that led to a VPN service yesterday may lead somewhere else entirely today. We watch for such cases and remove the links, but not instantly.

Material submitted by users

The site has a form for adding a service, a feedback form and service voting. By sending us material — a service description, a logo, the text of a question — a user confirms that they are entitled to pass it on and permits us to use it on the site.

  • We are not obliged to publish what is sent to us and may edit, hold back or decline material without giving reasons.
  • Material belonging to others must not be sent without the rights holder's permission, nor may unlawful content, advertising for unrelated products, or knowingly false information.
  • Manipulating scores, voting repeatedly and submitting forms automatically are breaches of these terms.

Rights in the site's material

The texts, descriptions, guides, translations, compilations of data and the structure of the catalogue were created by us and belong to us. Quotation with attribution and an active link to the source is permitted. Bulk or systematic copying of our material, including automated extraction of the catalogue, is not permitted without our written consent.

The names, logos and trademarks of services belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify the services themselves, so that the reader knows who is being written about. Such use does not mean that a service has endorsed or sponsored us, or is connected with us in any way other than as expressly stated on its page.

How to use the site

We ask visitors not to do anything that interferes with the site or with other visitors:

  • place an excessive load on the site through automated requests, download the site wholesale, or circumvent technical restrictions;
  • attempt to reach closed sections, other people's data or the administrative part of the site;
  • distort the site's material, pass it off as their own or use it to mislead;
  • influence scores and click statistics by any means other than ordinary use of the site.

Where these rules are broken, we may restrict access to the site.

Liability

The site and its material are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the site will run without interruption, that the catalogue is complete and free of error, or that a particular service will suit a user, will work in their country, or will keep to the terms it advertises.

We are not liable for losses or other consequences arising from the use of information on the site, from a user's dealings with a third-party service, or from the quality, security or discontinuation of such a service. Choosing a service, paying for it and deciding how to use it are the user's own decisions.

The legality of using a VPN

The rules governing the use of VPNs differ from country to country and change over time. Users are themselves responsible for complying with the law that applies to them. The material on the site is for information, does not constitute legal advice and does not encourage anyone to break the law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms — for example, when the site itself changes. The version in force is always published on this page; by continuing to use the site after a change, a user accepts the new version.

Version of 27 August 2026.
